PPI is offering traditional NP0, Hi-Q 0505 (0.055” x 0.055”) and 1111 (0.110” x 0.110”) series capacitors with increased temperature and life test performance. They have been qualified to 200°C, under 2x WVCD, for 2000 hours.

These parts exhibit Low ESR/ESL, Low Noise, High Power, High Self-Resonance, as well as ultra-stable performance over temperature. Typical applications are wireless broadcasting equipment, mobile base stations, GPS, MRI, radar applications, and RF Amplifiers using Gallium Nitride (GaN).

Available with Magnetic, or Non Magnetic terminations.

Available in 2 popular case sizes for RF/Microwave applications:

0505C series:

Value Range: 0.1pF – 1000pF

Size: .055” x .055”

WVDC: 150V

Extended WVDC: 300V

TC: 0 +/- 30 PPM/°C (-55°C – +200°C)

1111C series:

Value Range: 0.1pF – 10,000pF

Size: .110” x .110”

WVDC: 500V

Extended WVDC: 1500V

TC: 0 +/- 30 PPM/°C (-55°C – +200°C)

The 1111C series also is available in microstrip, axial and radial ribbon, and axial and radial wire.
