Quality overview
TriLight Microwave Europe consider Quality improvement and measurement to be implicit in all aspects of its business processes, and we place a high importance on quality assurance from all of our suppliers.
ISO Certification
TriLight Microwave Europe maintain quality systems overseen by the International Standards organization. We are certified to ISO9001:2015
TriLight Microwave Europe is committed to the principles of ISO9001 and undertake a continuing quality improvement process.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals)
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
REACH is a European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. It came into force on 1st June 2007.
TriLight Microwave Europe, as a distributor and Agent, do not design in or use in production any of the chemicals called out in the REACH regulations. All of our suppliers are aware and comply with the requirements of Reach.
TriLight Microwave Europe is actively encouraging all its suppliers to have REACH compliance documentation available on their websites.
EU legislation restricting the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC) has been in force since February 2003. The new RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) entered into force on 21 July 2011 and requires Member States to transpose the provisions into their respective national laws by 2 January 2013.
TriLight Microwave Europe inform all customers of any requested product that do not conform to the RoHS requirements.
We actively encourage all suppliers to offer alternatives to chemicals covered by the RoHS directive.
We actively promote the disclosure of chemicals contained within its electronics components that are available for resale.
Conflict materials
Conflict resources are natural resources extracted in a conflict zone and sold to perpetuate the fighting. In the confines of Electronic components, this covers metals such as Gold, Tin, Tungstan, Tantalum (or 3TG)
TriLight Microwave Europe, a distributor of Electronic Components, does not manufacture any of the products, and therefore does not purchase any minerals from any source.
TriLight Microwave Europe’s suppliers also display their own policies regarding conflict minerals on their web sites for our customers to inspect.
Environment statement
TriLight Microwave Europe is committed to recycling waste, minimizing waste production, and utilizing recyclable products wherever possible.
We actively promotes recycling and waste reduction amongst our suppliers and customers.
TriLight Microwave Europe meets or exceeds all local legislation that relates to the company.
